Discovery Conversation
We’ll schedule a discovery conversation to review your situation, ask questions, and map out what kind of support makes sense. If it’s helpful, we can also sign a confidentiality agreement at this stage so you feel secure sharing your records, even if you don’t move forward.
Review & Quote
After we’ve had a chance to look at your books, we’ll give you a clear quote. This step ensures there are no surprises, and you’ll know exactly what to expect based on the real scope of work.
Agreement & Engagement
If everything feels right, we’ll finalize a service agreement that clearly outlines expectations, responsibilities, and scope. From there, we get to work.
Ongoing Support
We’ll keep your books organized, up to date, and ready for tax season or business planning—while answering your questions along the way.
Technology & Security
GoBooks works primarily through secure, cloud-based accounting platforms, allowing us to support clients wherever they’re located.

Remote Access First – We connect directly to your accounting system with the permissions you set, so you stay in control.

Platform Flexibility – We work with most major platforms, including QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, and others.
